Delta Dental of Missouri’s (DDMO) provider portal makes it easy for participating providers and their staff members to access patient benefits and claims data. To assist your office with our provider portal usage, we have compiled a list of tips below.

Delta Dental of Missouri’s Local Web Portal – www.deltadentalmo.com/Providers

Our local website is a great resource for our Missouri providers. The provider web portal not only offers options to check eligibility and benefits, but to also view remits of processed claims. In addition, there are links to many of the programs that we offer to our Missouri network providers, like Dental Office Deals, Dental Health Metrics and Electronic Funds Transfer enrollment. If you need to update your Username, Email Address, Security Question, or change your password, our local site will direct you to the national site. To be directed, simply go to your profile on our local website by selecting Admin and then My Profile. You have the option to go directly to the national site as well, www.deltadental.com/us/en/login.html.

If there are multiple providers in your practice, or you have added another provider to your practice, you should add those providers to your existing account through our local web portal, under Admin. Simply log in to our local website, select Admin and then My Profile, and add all providers by license number, leaving off any preceding zeros and using numerical values only. It is important to have all providers in your practice added to the account, so you can access all of your remittance advices through the portal. If additional updates are needed to your profile, our local site will direct you to the national site.

The login information for the local website links to the Delta Dental National Portal. The same username and password from the National Portal is used to log in to the local Delta Dental of Missouri website. Any changes, like password change or email address change, must be completed through the National Portal. When your password is changed through the National Portal, the new password and username combination is used on our local website as your login.

Delta Dental Plans Association National Portal – www.deltadental.com/us/en/login.html

The national portal is where all new web accounts must be created. The web account that is created on this portal should be used on our local website, as well as the other participating Delta Dental member company websites. While you should still continue to use our local website to check on Missouri members, and add additional providers to your online account, you can use the national portal to check eligibility and benefits for members enrolled in other Delta Dental member company plans. In addition, if you are signed up for the National Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) solution, you can link to the National Repository where all Delta Dental member companies are sending their ERAs.
